1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using IMBAlino ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

IMBAlino is a desktop application for Windows that provides a graphical user interface for interacting with Claude Code CLI, developed by Anthropic, PBC. IMBAlino is developed and maintained by main.fish ("we", "us", "our").

IMBAlino is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, PBC. Claude and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, except as permitted by applicable law
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Application
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Application to violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Third-Party Services

IMBAlino requires a valid Anthropic account and Claude Code CLI to function. Your use of Claude Code CLI and the Anthropic API is governed by Anthropic's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of Anthropic's services.

5. No Warranty

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall main.fish be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Application, including but not limited to the source code, design, and documentation, are owned by main.fish. This agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

8. Updates

The Application may periodically check for and install updates automatically. Updates may modify or remove features. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Termination

We may cease distribution and support of the Application at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination of this license, you must cease all use and delete the Application.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
